Product Description
The AlerTox® Sticks Sesame is a rapid lateral flow test for qualitative detection of sesame protein in food products and production surfaces. It provides visual results in just 10 minutes, with a sensitivity of 3 ppm for food samples and 3.5 μg per 16 cm² for surface testing. Requiring no laboratory equipment, it is ideal for raw material screening, cleaning verification, and production line monitoring. The test targets 2S albumin (Ses i2) for high specificity and can be stored at room temperature.
