Product Description
Sample-ready culture medium for the enumeration of Lactic Acid Bacteria (LAB), consisting of ready-to-use LAB medium, a cold-water-soluble gelling agent, indicator, and selective inhibitor. The enumeration range is 30–300 CFU. No pre-enrichment is required. Incubate at 36 ± 1°C for 48 ± 2 hours. Suitable for food and beverage samples, particularly applications related to fermentation processes.
