Product Description
Ready-to-use dehydrated culture medium for the enumeration of aerobic Bacillus in food and beverage samples. The enumeration range is 10–150 CFU. No pre-enrichment is required. Incubate at 36 ± 1°C for 22–24 hours and count the red colonies. Store at 2–8°C for up to 12 months. Applicable to AOAC Official Method 2015.13 and ISO 4833.
