Product Description
Ready-to-use dehydrated culture medium for the enumeration of Escherichia coli O157 in food and beverage samples. Pre-enrichment is required in accordance with ISO 16654. Incubate at 36 ± 1°C for 18–24 hours after enrichment and count the dark red colonies. Store at 2–8°C for up to 12 months. Applicable to ISO 16654, ISO 4833, and GB/T 4789.36.
