Product Description
Ready-to-use dehydrated culture medium for the enumeration of Enterobacteriaceae in food and beverage samples. The enumeration range is 15–150 CFU. No pre-enrichment is required. Incubate at 36 ± 1°C for 18–24 hours and count the red colonies visually or using a colony counter. Store at 2–8°C for up to 12 months. Applicable to AOAC 2003.1 and ISO 4833.
