The foodproof® Yeast and Mold Quantification LyoKit delivers rapid quantitative detection of yeast and mold DNA in dairy samples using real-time PCR technology. This ready-to-use PCR kit contains lyophilized reagents for 96 reactions and enables detection of as low as 1 genomic equivalent per PCR reaction. Validated on major real-time PCR platforms, the kit includes an Internal Control for reliable result interpretation and UNG to prevent carryover contamination. Tested with over 230 fungal species, this solution reduces testing time significantly compared to traditional culture methods.
