Product Description
Ready-to-use dehydrated culture medium for the enumeration of E. coli and Coliforms in food and beverage samples. The enumeration range is 10–100 CFU. No pre-enrichment is required. Incubate at 36 ± 1°C for 24 ± 2 hours. Colonies can be counted visually or using a colony counter. Store at 2–8°C for up to 12 months. Applicable to AOAC 991.14/998.08, ISO 4833, and relevant GB 4789 standards.
