Product Description
The Roche LightCycler® 96 Instrument is a Peltier-based 96-well real-time PCR system featuring a temperature range of 37–98°C, with heating and cooling ramp rates of up to 4.4°C/s and 2.2°C/s, respectively. It provides ±0.2°C temperature accuracy and a maximum 20°C gradient range. The system uses a high-power broad-spectrum LED excitation source, fixed fiber-optic detection with four excitation and four emission filters, and a CCD camera for simultaneous data acquisition across all wells. It is designed for reliable and uniform Cq measurement with no moving scanning elements.
