Product Description
Ready-to-use dehydrated culture medium for the enumeration of Enterococcus faecalis in food and beverage samples. The enumeration range is 20–100 CFU. No pre-enrichment is required. Incubate at 36 ± 1°C for 35–37 hours and count the black colonies with a blue-green halo. Store at 2–8°C for up to 12 months. Applicable to ISO 4833 and AOAC PTM 111902.
