Product Description
Ready-to-use dehydrated culture medium for the enumeration of yeast and mold in food and beverage samples. The enumeration range is 15–150 CFU. No pre-enrichment is required. Incubate at 28 ± 1°C for 48–72 hours and count the green colonies. Store at 2–8°C for up to 12 months. Applicable to AOAC Official Method 2014.05 and ISO 4833.
