Product Description
Ready-to-use dehydrated culture medium for the enumeration of E. coli and Coliforms in food and beverage samples. The enumeration range is 15–150 CFU for E. coli and 10–100 CFU for Coliforms. No pre-enrichment is required. Incubate at 36 ± 1°C for 24 ± 2 hours and differentiate E. coli and Coliform colonies based on their color characteristics. Store at 2–8°C for up to 12 months.
