Ready-to-use dehydrated culture medium for the enumeration of Geobacillus stearothermophilus in liquid or solid samples. The enumeration range is 15–150 CFU. No pre-enrichment is required. Incubate at 55 ± 1°C for 35–37 hours and count the red colonies. Store at 2–8°C for up to 12 months. Reference strain: ATCC 10149.
