Product Description
Ready-to-use dehydrated culture medium for the enumeration of Salmonella in food, beverage, and environmental samples. The enumeration range is 30–200 CFU. Pre-enrichment is required in accordance with the ISO method. Incubate at 36 ± 1°C for 24 ± 2 hours and count the purple-red colonies. Store at 2–8°C for up to 12 months. Applicable to ISO and GB 4789.4.
