Product Description
Ready-to-use dehydrated culture medium for the enumeration of Staphylococcus aureus in food and beverage samples. The enumeration range is 20–200 CFU. No pre-enrichment is required. Incubate at 36 ± 1°C for 24 ± 2 hours and count the dark purple-red colonies. Store at 2–8°C for up to 12 months. Suitable for applications in bakery, confectionery, dairy, egg, fruit and vegetable, meat, seafood, pet food, and animal feed industries.
