Product Description
Ready-to-use dehydrated culture medium specifically designed for the enumeration of Listeria monocytogenes. The enumeration range starts from 1; pre-enrichment is required. Incubate at 36 ± 1°C for 36 hours and count the blue-green colonies. Store at 2–8°C for up to 12 months. Applicable to ISO 4833 and GB 4789.30; suitable for food and environmental samples within the method limitations.
