A ready-to-use cell culture medium formulated to support the growth and maintenance of various mammalian cell types. This medium contains 1,000 mg/L glucose, L-glutamine, sodium pyruvate, as well as essential vitamins and amino acids; however, it is free of phenol red, making it highly suitable for applications sensitive to pH indicators or for fluorescence- and colorimetry-based analyses.
